Had a great stay! Rooms were cleaned and staff was friendly. They also had an awesome snowman outside, hopefully they maintain it and keep it for future guest.
Extremely rude, very very poor front desk customer service. Doesnt answer the phone, guests will be locked out all night if you left your key, would give negative review if I could. Will never ever ever take my business here and make sure I recommend any other hotel in Bismarck but this one.
