Arrived at 3:30 a.m. and requested a late check-out. At 10:30 the knocks on the door from housekeeping started and at 11:30 a call from the front desk asking if I was checking out. I slept solid for 4 and a half hours, so if you arrive early it may work for you. UPDATE: in the last year I've stayed here multiple times for work and not had the same experience. I've changed my rating to reflect this.
If the bed had been so awful this would be 5 stars. Neither of us was able to sleep. However, I absolutely loved the in room jet tub. The pool and spa were also very amazing! The stuff super friendly.
Took the front desk almost an hour to get us checked into our room, they gave us their apologies told them I understand which I did. Rooms are pretty clean, nothing outstanding though. You can tell the furniture is older and used. Walls are not even close to insulated for sound. My problem is when you say check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am, don't knock on my door at 9am saying housekeeping! Your really not that busy today so do it in the 4 hours you have given yourself! I doubt we will ever be back
Clean rooms and great breakfast. The sitting and lounge area is so relaxing and cozy. Very nice pool and hot tub area.
We stayed here after christmas. We were charged 190.98 over what we were suppose to pay. Still waiting to get 88.98 back that i was overcharged. Called them 4 times the manager was never available and never did return any of my calls. For them putting money back into my credit card instead of my debit card it would have overdrawn my account if i wouldn't have been able to borrow money to cover it. I was told it would be back in my account 3 to 5 business days and here it it almost a month later. The grandchildern did enjoy the pool but nothing spectacular here
