We wanted to stay here for the water slide. It was fun, although the floor in the pool area is tiled and very slippery. My son slipped and hit his chin hard on the stair railing. Also, our room had a hole in the sink up the side (where there shouldn't of been a hole) and the sink didn't drain very well. I also saw some Cheetos on the ground next to one of the beds, making me question the cleanliness of the room. There were also stains on the carpet. Additionally, the front staff was rude. I won't stay here again.
Minor room issue, but didn't detract fun the stay wish the breakfast was more well rounded. Very easy to get to and get around town from. I'll be staying here again!
Great breakfast, absolutely amazing rooms and a phenomenal pool. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever been to
The room was fine and the front desk person checking us in was nice. However, this place puts little consideration into the health and safety of its customers and staff. There is not a mask policy, and unlike the IHG and Holiday Inns, there is no a person dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing. The cleaning staff did not wear masks, either.
The front counter workers did an awesome job Accommodating us as we bury my father-in-law. They were very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend staying at this place, for the service alone.
