Unfortunately due to the ever-changing situations with Covid, our group's event that was planned to be held in Bismarck was cancelled. While we were not able to stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, the customer service that we experienced during the entire process from booking the rooms, communication in between to confirm our reservations, and eventual cancellation was some of the best and most professional service I have experienced over the last several years. We travel a lot and are often working with hotels, reserving fairly large numbers of rooms each time and the experience we had working with the managment at Fairfield Inn was above and beyond our typical expectations and because of that felt it was necessary to leave a review.

Clean, excellent service, thoughtful amenities. I was so impressed with this place for the price. We called ahead on a late night trip - they were good. Would definitely stay again.

How do you judge a bad experience? We stayed here on our last night in Bismarck as we loaded the last of our furniture onto the moving van. Looking forward to a hot shower and bed after a 14 hour humid, thunderstorm day June 30th, 2020. We had to nap first, which was heaven in the air conditioned room. Waking up an hour or so later, we found we had no hot water. Front desk wasn't very helpful. She told us there's no hot water and hung up. Early, the next morning, we hoped the problem was fixed. Nope. Ever notice how nothing happens fast in Bismarck? Anyways, no shower, 8 hour ride to Bozeman before we got relief. The morning front desk did as he promised and took the charge off my bill. The points I used, however, have not been restored by Marriott. We'll work on that. So, how do I feel? I kinda feel like I didn't complain enough... but what would that have done? I just won't book here again.
