Overpriced and staff could be more pleasant
My stay could not have been any better! The room was very spacious and had all the needed amenities. The staff was always very friendly and courteous. Upon departure I left an expensive item in my room. Josh, the GM, took it upon himself to personally search the room and acquire the item. He then took his own time to ship it back to me. I will definitely be staying here again!
If you have kids on a roadtrip, promise them a waterpark and then stay here. Super fun and easy, overall a great place.
Very pleasant stay. Clean including laundry room, friendly staff including house keeping. I would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well
Pretty impressed with this hotel! Front desk worker, Jamie, was great. Pool was clean and so fun for kids. Room was very comfortable and clean. I was able to walk to A&B pizza a block away and get to go so kids had more time in said pool. I snuggled my daughter asleep to a beautiful west facing sunset. I appreciated the drink tickets (you get 2!) although I did not appreciate what appears to be tricks being turned outside the hotel bar that offers the complementary drink tickets. I would have had no idea that that was happening had I not walked over to that bar (you redeem your drink tickets at the adjacent quality inn across the parking lot).
