The front end staff was amazing. Super nice. The hotel was clean. However, it was like a drug infested trailer park. The hot tub was full of people drinking beer out of a cooler. Kids were not beingbvn supervised. Hotel smelled of weed. Yelling at 1:30 in the morning waking my family up. Definitely will consider different hotel next time.
We have stayed here several times. Our door handle fell off on inside of the room. It took 4.5 hours for them to fix it. All of that time our room was left open anyone who wanted to walk in. We should have been move to another room. This stay also had mold all over the pool area. It was gross. Rooms are run down. I have pictures of the mold & damage to prove it all. There was paper towel or toilet paper shoved in a hole on the ceiling to stop a leak. Used to be a nice place but very run down and dirty now. We used to recommend the place to our friends and family, but not anymore.
They've been professional, prompt to guest request, And helpful. The room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, and the hot breakfast was delicious. No complaints.
Outdated rooms with practically non-existent noise dampening. If you want to hear every conversation being had in the hallway, stay here. There's a waterslide/pool which is nice for families but be prepared for kids running around at all hours because of it.
It's a great place,friendly staff, fun pool area, good hot breakfast a variety too. Always helpful and kind. Stuff maybe a little outdated but it's all about the comfort of hotel and its cleanliness and friendliness. Thank you
