Loved it.
Nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy access off of the highway. Plenty of food located nearby.
I used the washing machines and they looked sketchy. My phone was unplugged in my room with the cord under the night stand??? Know idea why. The beds were not sweeped under, only found that out when I went looking for a missed screw and the tub could've been polished..... So slick to shower in. No one was rude and appeared otherwise clean in the lobby and common areas just had some technical problems you're not in the mood to deal with after a long day if travel.
The night clerk on October 12 at 12:40am was extremely rude. The first thing I want after driving 14 hours is to be treated like I'm an inconvenience to the hotel im staying at for the night. Besides that the hotel was clean and a nice place to stay.
After a very long and trying day it was late when we went to check in and the lady was so wonderful, made check in very pleasant was even able to get us into a suite for the night. The jacuzzi bath tub was AMAZING, well worth the price, plenty of towels, love the makeup towel and absolutely LOVE the bathroom mirror with the built in TV.
