Days Inn by Wyndham Bismarck

Nice stay. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Pool and hot tub very relaxing. However the free breakfast was not worth it. Due to Covid-19 you are not allowed to eat in the breakfast area, so you have to take it back to your room. Did was cold by the time we got back to the room.

Absolutely disgusting. We got a pet friendly room and the whole room smelt of urine sure enough there were multiple pee spots on the floor that were still very wet. The room looked as if it hadn't even been touched the mirror were dirty there was still garbage in the trash can. At least they were nice and gave us a new room.

It's a super nice place for the low price. I recommend to everyone that's want a nice room w jacuzzi, private entrance, etc !! 5 stars !!!! I love it!!!

Overall, not the most satisfied with this stay, because the room's level of clean was pretty sub-par, especially with the current state of pandemic taken into light consideration.nnThe door wouldn't slide open easily to the pool, probably because the track hasn't ever been cleaned since it was built. The tiles that were used in the entire pool area were smooth ones. There wasn't any level of grip, making it slippery and dangerous for walking anywhere in there. The pool chemicals were really strong, maybe better ventilation could help with that.nBut as you can see in photos, there's lots of thick dust everywhere, fingerprints that weren't ours, unknown substances that haven't been simply wiped off on the furniture, and even the toilet wasn't cleaned. The screws attaching the doors swing arm lock were wore out/wiggly, and some door hardware that was glued on, fell off while opening it. I ended up switching lamps locations since the desk lamp had built-in outlets on it vs the double nightstand one. The mirror located above sink wasn't tightly inside the frame; it was kinda shoved towards the wall, possibly loose(I didn't confirm for fear of it maybe not being secured, and didn't want to accidentally break it).nPositives: TV worked, A/C was loud but worked fine, they closed up the pool quickly and quietly, and front desk were answering phone right away and very friendly.

Best days inn I've stayed at before. I didnt spend a lot of time at room literally to sleep and then I had to fix my truck. Unfortunately the pool was closed which was why i chose this hotel. The site I chose to book this reservation said it was open. I give hotel max ratings and booking.com a 4 star for misinformation.
