Love most of the staff. There is one employee named Lisa that is just plain rude though (she has glasses and straight blonde hair). She started talking about an employee behind their back right in front of customers. Very uncomfortable. I could tell the other workers were uncomfortable too. I dont know how she is still employed with how she talks to customers and coworkers.

Very beautiful and big post office in the federal building downtown Bismarck. Easy to find & get into.

Customer service is NONEXISTENT. I received a package today that was opened. Box is completely damaged. Contacting Amazon and telling them to not use USPS!!!!
