Not happy with the experience at all. Feel like my time was wasted. When I specifically ask the counter staff if a certain document will work for a family member several times and am told yes then come in and told no because they assumed something instead of asking me or informing me of the different criteria for it to apply it is frustrating to say the least. And of course no apology for the misinformation just an well I didn't know. Would give it a zero if I could, something as simple as owning up to the mistake would have went a long way to improve customer service.
I like the by appointment only policy. Much faster.
