I love going to Arnetia. Since she has left I found Tyler at the north store and Elizabeth at the Wanamaker store are my new favorites. I've done cuts, color, hi-lites, low-lites and styling. Those girls are amazing!!
My daughter and I went to your salon to get our eyebrows done. The young lady with purple hair took my name, phone number and said to b back at 6:30. I got to your salon at 6:35! She said because I didnt show up on time she had to move on. I assumed that is why she took my number for!! ... For 5mins she now is telling me it wouldn't be till 7:30! I will never come back to your salon again and I'm going to make sure people know how awful your customer service is!!
I love this place for my kids and InMy 1 kid is special needs and they have always accommodated for her
