The hotel is amazing and our room was perfect. Being able to shut the bedroom door & not hear the TV is the best. The kitchenette came in very handy since there were pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster, dishwasher, etc. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows & covers. The front desk at check in, check out & in between were helpful & extremely nice. There are a variety of places to eat & shop close to the hotel. We WILL be staying here again when we come back to visit family.
Recently we visited the Homewood Suites in Topeka due to a family medical emergency. The support and kindness given by the Hotel and its staff were outstanding. We hosted a large group of family during our stay and were allowed to use the community spaces as our home. They allowed us to switch rooms to better accommodate us without any additional charges or inconveniences. I would like to specifically thank Elena and James at the front desk who’s kindness in our time of need allowed us to better manage the medical emergency at hand without being distracted with the logistics of hosting so many family members. The incredible staff dwarfs this Hotel architectural beauty, and it is beautiful. Thank you!
The room was very comfortable and spacious. Hotel is very clean. Good location with plenty of restaurants within a short drive.nThe shower was a walk-in and I had the best shower ever. But when I tried to shut it off, it would not shut off! So I called the front desk at 6:00 am. James answered and came right up, but he could not shut it of either.Here’s what’s great- James got us into another room right away. Superb attention to our needs.
The breakfast here is beyond delicious!! We were pleasantly surprised! I travel alot for work, we are exclusive to Hilton Hotels and this has been the best breakfast I have had at ANY hotel. The cut up sausage, scrambled eggs (so flavorful) and potatoes with green peppers and onions was our favorite! Whatever you guys are foong with the good, keep doing it!
This is a beautiful hotel! We bought last minute king suite and was extremely clean. This is an awesome location for families or the road warrior wanting a comfortable short or long stay. Pool tables, hot tub, outdoor lounge area, small pool, great dining/common area. This is a win for everyone!
