This was my first time filing for bankruptcy, and as far as I'm concerned, it was about as easy as it could get. Troy and Audra were so helpful and answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few). As long as you do the paperwork correctly and answer honestly, it will be a breeze for you! They call and email back very quickly to make it as smooth as possible. At my meeting, I was in and out very quickly thanks to everything they all did. I highly recommend Troy Berberick and Berberick Law Office. Thank you all so much!

Don't go to the 24-hour store at 2:00 and expect any service they'll tell you they're closed for 15 minutes then tell 15 other people that they're closed for 15 minutes longer 15 minutes after you've been waiting there.

Troy went above and beyond to help us. Damn good attorney, very knowledgeable and definitely cares about his clients and treats them like people not just a client/paycheck. Would most certainly recommend him to anyone!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had the pleasure of having Mr. Berberick assist me with getting my financial status back on track. The entire process was stress free. The staff were always prompt at returning phone calls/emails and were very courteous and understanding. Highly recommend to anyone who find themselves a bit down on their luck.

Troy was a professional lawyer and nice man. Him and his staff were easy to communicate with, well put together and simplified anything that could have been or was an issue for me and my case. On top of the professional assistance was the fact that the fee for filing was bottom dollar. Hands down had no regrets and would choose Troy A. Berberick for my lawyer in the future pertaining any of the fields he covers.
