Took my husband's watch to get the band replaced, 3 months later it still was not replaced. Unable to get the correct size of pin for the band. And no new bands the right size. We usually always get good service there though, I understand the old managet just took off. Hopefully they will get a new and more responsible manager.

Just took my ring in to get cleaned. They noticed a stone was missing (I had no clue) cleaned AND replaced my stone on the spot free of charge and quick!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Extreamly poor work! Go to a local jeweler, pay the same or better price and know you weren't cheated of your gold or gems. Watch batteries that don't last, poor service is what they do! Be warned, and cautious. You can do so much better than this! They dont even have a cash register, they have to take you're credit card to another store to run it. Very shady indeed!
