Outstanding! I had an awesome experience transferring my auto insurance to the Brian Green Allstate Insurance Agency. It started with Lexi who was courteous and listened to me in order to transfer me to the right person. I spoke with Alex who took great care of me and transferred my insurance with a breeze. This agency is so awesome! It is almost unbelievable how they(and it does not matter who I get on the phone) totally exceed my expectations in the way they handle my situation. When I call in I am greeted by a friendly person on the phone and promptly connected to my agent, Alan Smith. Alan is always professional, happy, friendly and is an upbeat person. He is very helpful in all aspects and takes care of our needs for our home, vehickles etc.nI have had Allstate for my home for years and if/when I have had to make a claim they are prompt and very fair to work with. I have no complaints on this agency nor my agent. I would give them a 5 star rating for sure
