Excellent service from Jerry Gentry at Topeka Floor Project! Mr. Gentry had exactly what I was looking for at half the cost of any other location in Topeka. He got me in and out quickly with a professional, no pressure style. Highly recommend - I will be back!
Jerry Gentry, the store manager, is seriously the best. So friendly and accommodating to my needs for my bathroom remodel! He remembered me right away from buying flooring for my kitchen last year; there was a slight mixup last year on getting a quote done for installation and he fixed it right away! Highly recommend working with Jerry!
I ordered samples online as the website allowed. When I went to pick it up and they implied I did something wrong they didn't have it. I waited for service for 15 min and not one person spoke to me. When I did speak to someone he treated me like I was a bother. I found flooring I loved and he said no because he would have to call other store to get enough to do my project. Horrible and rude service. He wanted to help a lady who was buying a $69 carpet.
Love the staff and products since 2005! Regret not using them for hardwoods and luxury vinyl that was horribly installed and looks pathetic after just a few years. Will definitely go back soon for replacement!
