By far one of the best contractor experiences I have had in Topeka. On Friday I noticed a few insects on the porch. By Saturday they had swarmed and there were literally thousands of flying insects. I couldn't tell if they were ants or termites from the neighborhood. I called on Saturday to request some information. My call was returned within 15 minutes. A crew was nearby so they split the crew up and Danny and Terri came and evaluated my concern and property within 30 minutes. An assessment was made which included an estimate. The remediation was scheduled and completed the following Wednesday without a hitch. It was very reasonably priced and the customer service was grade A. They clearly explained the scope of work. I would strongly recommend their services for anyone needing pest control.
In the beginning they were awesome. Then after a while when they were to do follow up sprays they didn’t respond to messages or phone. We had hired them for an elderly neighbor that we care for.nI have also reached out for an elderly friend. We made the appointment online and also sent a text. They didn’t respond to even say they couldn’t make the appointment. They are very nice people but do not respond.
