Approximately 3 years ago my husband bought some beautiful Tranquility flooring, vinyl planks, but didn’t get to them. He was killed in an accident. Now I’m finally starting to use them only to realize I’m a couple of boxes short. Lumber Liquidators located some more at the same store where we purchased it before. I called them and spoke with Brandon, sales associate, and they had 5 boxes left. Since they are a discontinued item I purchased all 5 boxes for future reflections. This purchase is a breeze. Thank you Lumber Liquidators!

Workers seemed to judge anyone who walked in the door. They didn't seem to genuinely care to help me when I had no knowledge of flooring. Prices were way high. Got a much better deal with better people and a rebate at menards. My floor looks great.

Poor communication, will do the bare minimum for their customers. Ended up canceling our order after waiting on call backs and waiting on floors to arrive. With no communication from the company. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
