Great experience they are clean and you can get thru easily

I visited all of the home improvement stores looking for some tile to redo my fireplace. Of the 4 stores I visited, Menards was the only store where a sales associate asked me if I needed help. The associate was knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to the problem I was trying to solve and offered solutions. After I decided what I wanted to purchase, he explained how to prepare the stone tile and how to care for it.

Came in looking for something that the website said was in stock but wasn't actually on the floor. But......the lady that helped me was very understanding of my frustration and did everything in her power to find it but with no luck. She even went above and beyond by calling the Lawrence store for me and having them set one back since I couldn't make it there the same day. Great customer service in my mind!!!

The staff was most helpful and unlike some other stores knew what I was asking about. I did not find there what I needed but did find some other things and going to give them a try. I will be back.

It was well stocked with all the hardware and lumber and everything else that they sell and the staff was friendly and helpful
