I have been going to Michel Dental for about 14 years. I always enjoy my visits to Michel Dental. My hygienist is Crystal, and she is wonderful! She does a great job and is very thorough with cleanings. Dr. Michel is very nice and thorough. He takes his time and answers any questions that I have. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly, helpful, and quick. Any questions about costs are answered before I do anything. I have never had billing errors. Everyone it's so nice and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Michel Dental!!!

*** Update I was disappointed with their Covid-19 response. According to their email, they were supposed to be taking all of these precautions (over the phone screening, checking in from your car, fewer patients in the office), and that was not happening. I called, and they told me to come on in. The waiting room was packed. Front desk staff were not wearing masks. I did not feel safe! The worst part was beforehand, I got all these emails saying how I would be charged $200 if I didn't keep my appointment, so I didn't even feel free to walk out.nnPolite staff. Very modern equipment and services across the board. Dr. Michel seems knowledgeable. Works fast. Had some problems with billing in the past that my insurance company had to clear up, but they refunded me what they owed. It was a hassle, but it worked out.nnRecently got my biannual cleaning. Saara is amazing! She did a very thorough job, and this gum pain I've had around one tooth for years is now gone. I hope I gather her again.

It seems as though chaos is the word these days in this office, although competently administered. A large number of people in a small office that would preclude social distancing I believe, although everything in my instance was adequately and professionally administered. The appearance of chaos is prevalent. I would not wish to work there.
