Enchanted Smiles Esthetic and Family Dentistry

After having some trouble finding a great dentist in town, I finally found Enchanted Smiles!! I love this place! The staff is always in a great mood, upbeat, friendly, and most of all, professional!nThey make going to the dentist an awesome experience!!!!

Absolutely love the staff, I'm usually mortified of going to the dentist, but the staff there made it comfortable, even enjoyable. I greatly appreciated the care I had. You all are awesome!

This office is amazing! Every single staff member is genuine and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The receptionist Connor left me a voicemail stating that I would be fully covered through my insurance 100% for my appt. At my second appt I had a bill due and after my third appt I had a bill due as well. I feel as if they completely lied to me about the coverage when they could have just been honest and maybe I would not leave this feedback or leave the dentist office completely. I was already driving an hour away to my appointments as I moved out of town just to stay with this office. She charges more than average dentist for her services. My insurance covers 100% however since she charges more than the average dentist office I had to pay additional cost out of pocket because she charges more. I found this out after my appts. I wish their receptionist would have been honest or more knowledgeable. I still have pain in one of my teeth, all I needed was a filling now everytime I eat there's food stuck in that exact tooth. My opinion the dentist was very kind however the receptionist was not genuine. I don't like being lied to I would be better off with someone telling me I don't know and leaving me to figuring out the answer, versus yes you're fully covered and it's not true. I feel as if it was a bit greedy as they were getting about $2,000 out of my insurance already and then they want me to pay additional out-of-pocket cost for fillings and a cleaning. So if you're thinking about using this office make sure you contact your insurance to make sure that they fully cover you plus the additional charges because she charges more than the average dentist office so don't count on their receptionist to give you an accurate answer I would not trust him believe me I have 100% coverage and still had to pay out-of-pocket.
