The new store is amazing and the selection of rings and jewels is fantastic. They had jewelry in every price range. With a little help from Miss Kennedy, we were able to find the perfect ring and stone. Everyone was so kind and helpful it made us feel very welcome and relaxed.nBack again! Awesome service and even after a year they knew me by name! Can’t beat Zorrels! Love this place! SHOP locally and get great deals and service.

I generally don't give out 5 stars very often, but Zorells went above and beyond. There service is excellent, their workmanship is superb, and the newly remodeled location is fantastic.nnI brought in an heirloom ring that I use as my wedding band. It was missing all of the previous gems. My wife and I had mined a couple of sapphires in 2017 and got them cut to the holes for my ring. Jeff at Zorells was awesome to work with, provided a detailed quote, and had a timely turn around setting those sapphires. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely amazing experience picking out a diamond necklace. Keith helped us out and he couldn’t have been more wonderful! I had never shopped at Zorells before and also hadn’t bought a diamond necklace before, only rings and earrings so this was a new experience for me but he was wonderful at explaining things and answering any questions. I would absolutely recommend Zorells to anyone looking for fine jewelry, they are truly wonderful.

Shopping at Zorells was a wonderful experience. It was the complete opposite of what I was expecting.nnThe sales associate Kennedy was smart and attentive. She was not pressuring us for a sale and she did not steer our choices to any particular item. Kennedy was the consummate sales person. She picked up on our cues to to learn our likes and preferences and made smart recommendations.nnI also really appreciated how the store rose to the challenge of these particular times and made appropriate decisions. It was in direct contrast to another jewelry store that I visited just before my stop at Zorells and I think it made a positive difference in my purchase.
