Second time I tried to call and make an appointment. They are just a block away from my house so I assumed I would become a repeat customer. Both times I called I was treated rudely and rushed on the phone before I could try to make an appointment I was treated with discouragement. The call was less than 30 seconds and I was cut off every time I tried to talk. I mentioned in the beginning I needed the soonest appointment for a double colored dye (highlighted) and I was told that would take at least a few hours and the earliest I would have to be there would be 3:30. I said okay and was asked if I wanted to think about it. I tried to make an appointment twice, and it is literally impossible. Weird horrible customer service. Maybe someone else should be answering the phone?
