Clean safe place to stay. Helen is a great hospitality asset!!! I was allowed to change rooms for satisfaction!
Our room was infested with ants! They were all over the desk and the AC... We stayed because I didn’t think it could get worse. In the morning when I turned on the lamp they were everywhere! So disgusting. The bed was hard and lumpy, the pillows were hard and lumpy, and the headboard had some sort of lube residual all over it. The bedsheets had dog hair on them!! (We don’t have a pet) I’m extremely bummed because a nurse from Wesley recommended it since we were in town for an operation.
The AC unit was too loud could not sleep too well. The TV remote buttons didn't work good
Very reasonable prices. Decent continental breakfast. Quiet and convenient to hospital. 24 hour drugstore and many eating places within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and considerate when cleaning room. Laundry available.
Clean and affordable place to stay if you have family at westley hospital. It is handy to be right across the street from the hospital. There is also a nice selection of fast food restaurants within walking distance which is convenient for a quick meal.
