I have not lived at harvestor lofts but while searching for a new apartment the leasing agent did not answer the phone and did not return my call until 5 PM the following day at which time I had already signed a lease for a different property, I can assume with how long the response time took the work order follow through must be similar, not very impressed

Mary, the leasing agent is completely worthless. A monkey could be trained to be a better leasing agent than her. She never answers the phone and is rarely in her office. She will promise you deadlines that she can’t meet and deliver excuses like “I had holiday brain, oops” when the nearest holiday is 3 weeks away. She will take your application fee, not submit any of the application, and then refuse to refund your fee when you tell her a month and a half later that you cannot wait any longer for a decision on your application. Steer clear of this place. It’s a rip off.
