A very cool old historic hotel. Finely renovated and very classy lobby. Welcoming and well appointed. The rooms are nice too and very clean. But the staff is the gem here - very friendly and helpful - from the van driver from the airport, to the front desk agent - all super accommodating! The lovely lady who served the breakfast on the Mezz was a real joy with her friendly attitude and service with a genuine smile! We enjoyed our stay.
The staff is always so kind and attentive. The food is amazing and the place is kept spotless. This should be a 5 star hotel! Brandon is amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great! Thank you
The Drury Plaza Hotel is very unique. The outside has a rustic , old fashion look but the inside has a classic and comfortable appeal. I rented a 1 king bed with a river/city view room and it was very cool. The tall ceilings and the view was awesome! However im giving this place 4 stars because in my room their was two holes in the ceiling , the window had smudges on it and the TV was wasn't a smart TV and it was on the small side. BUT this hotel is the cats meow, and they serve free alcoholic drinks!
Excellent service, many amenities!nI'm very pleased we selected this hotel. At just a few blocks away from downtown and old town this hotel is the best location if you want to go brewery hopping or looking for a good restaurant, there's an awesome river walk right next to the hotel.nEnjoy!
Staff was incredibly welcoming, very accommodating for our large group. Room was great, everything very clean. The kickback and breakfast were both delicious and served by some of the nicest hotel staff you'll ever meet. Absolutely no complaints, would love to stay here again.
