I’m so grateful Tony was able to take me as a client when I needed him. He was (and continues to be) an absolute godsend and a dream to work with.nnAnything necessitating seeking an attorney specializing in family law doesn’t leave one in the best head space. You quickly realize how much you don’t know about the process or your rights, let alone whatever has transpired to cause you to need an attorney. Tony knows the law so well, communicates it clearly and will let you know where you’re overstepping or not asking enough through every part of the process.nnOf all the many things I appreciate about Tony, what I love the most is that I hadn’t been in his office long before he let me know my child (the primary reason I was there) was not a pawn in any proceedings ahead of us. I knew it was an admonition to keep that at the forefront as well as a promise that he would do the same. You can’t assure a parent more than that.nnHe is above all ethical. It reflects in every area; with the court, with you, with his billing, with the other parties involved. He doesn’t skirt or hedge or bluster in an attempt to intimidate or bluff. The law and the court are what have to be played by/answered to, the rest is a waste of time that doesn’t aid finding a resolution. And his aim is to counsel you to a fair and just resolution.nnHis efficiency is so notable. My preference for communication was email, though I had reasons to call and go to the office, too. I never felt like I was being ignored. If anything, he got back to me quicker than I was expecting. He always opted for the quickest way to get documentation/paperwork where it needed to go, whether to me, the opposing party or the court. He has some of those documents so many cases need at the ready. He told me he was sending his default parenting plan (customized with appropriate specifics) to review. It was a thing of beauty and what we ended up signing. This efficiency all means he is both getting you to a resolution more quickly AND saving you money because he’s not wasting time in so many places it could be drained. He estimates his time required for a matter superbly, too!nnIf I could’ve dreamed up the perfect attorney for my needs, I’m not sure I could’ve come up with someone as great as Tony. Tony is what you *hope* every attorney would be, especially if a child or children are involved. While I never revel in having opportunity to recommend him, I’m so glad I know of someone I trust for the sake of my own child when someone I know needs help in that arena.
