City Steam Clean was very accommodating. I had to make a last minute change to move up my appointment and they were able to work within my available time frame. I would recommend their services to anyone needing their carpets cleans!

First time using this company. They communicated prior to arrival and quickly assessed what needed to be done and a price was agreed upon and they got to work. I will say our light BEIGE carpet was REALLY dirty with a lot of animal stains (cat barf) and traffic stains and other minor spills. The first pass got a lot of it out but I wasn't happy and they offered to go over it again and apply some additional higher strength cleaner spray if I didn't have an issue with minor decolorization. I said DO IT! Second time got a LOT more of the stains out without any decolorization and I was very happy. They didn't even ask for more money when they basically went over all the rooms twice. I will definitely be calling these guys next time, probably every year since their prices are great.
This company is amazing. Dylan was on time & did a wonderful job on our carpets. He is very knowledgeable about the business and he is a very sweet person. The prices are very fair! I highly recommend City Steam Clean.
Wonderful work and very thorough. If a stain doesn't come up or comes back (as sometimes they do) they come back and fix it!
