We had Natasha work on our house today and she was awesome! She was knowledgeable, kind, and really walked us through what our options were for our funky old house's fireplace and chimney. Since it is right in the middle of COVID-19 I was nervous about having someone in our house, however, Natasha wore her mask at all times and maintained social distancing. It was clear how much she respected the safety protocols and cared for our safety. She left our house cleaner than she found it with us feeling very informed and appreciative of her work. Top notch professional!nnAs well, booking Home Safe Hearth & Chimney was easy and convenient thanks to Kristen whom I contacted through the website and scheduled via email. So easy! Caleb was fantastic. He showed up 7 minutes early, which seems to never happen anymore. He was clean, wore shoe coverings and a mask which was impressive. Put down coverings on the floor before he started and left everything extremely clean. He explained the process and was very helpful. Our fireplace works great and looks brand new. We would definitely recommend them.
Our experience with Home safe Hearth and Chimney was excellent from the prompt response to our initial inquiry, to scheduling, confirmation of scheduled appointment, and timely arrival on the date of service. Natasha Doll was our Service Agent. She seemed knowledgeable, was very focused, thorough, and conscientious while in our home. Sadly, she uncovered some serious issues, but provided excellent photographic documentation of the issues.nWe would heartily recommend this company and Natasha Doll in particular. Thanks!
Time to check and clean the fireplace. Caleb called at 7:30 am said they were on there way for an 8:00 am appointment. He was here at 7:50 am and on time. He came to the door and put shoe covers over their shoes before walking in. Covers were placed over the carpet, and ALL equipment was placed on the cover. They went to work, checking cleaning and making sure all worked and was clean. I gave him the new batteries and he installed them for the upcoming winter. Mess was cleaned up, and then he checked the dryer vent. It needed service too, so they cleaned it out as well. If you have any question about this company, don’t. They stand behind everything they do. It is always a joy to see them every year, and to stop by the office and steal a candy out of the candy jar. Bottom line, thank you for taking care of our fireplace and dryer so we will be safe in our home. Hats off to a GREAT company.
We called Home Safe Hearth and Chimney to clean our chimney and inspect for any defects. They scheduled our request in a very timely manner and followed up to ensure the date and time were good for us. Natasha was the person who performed the chimney cleaning, inspection, and clean up. She was outstanding in every way. When she completed the job she provided us with a detailed description of what she found and options to resolve the problems found. We would highly recommend Home Safe Hearth and especially Natasha.
