Jamie the tech that came to do the initial service was very informative and efficient! 100% customer service, answered all my questions and concerns and made sure there wasn't anything else I needed. Definitely was impressed by the service provided!
The owner approached our house at the beginning of the pandemic offering pest control services. I was reluctant to sign due to being locked into a contract with so many unknowns going on at the moment. He assured me that even though the contract shows a cancellation fee, his company would not enforce it if I needed to cancel for any reason. On those grounds, I authorized the service. Now I'm in the spot where I need to terminate the contract due to financial reasons. He is refusing to talk to me or return my calls. I explained what was going on to the receptionist and she attempted to contact him as well, but instead of communicating to me, he charged my card $164.00 with ZERO communication. The charge was NOT authorized by myself or my wife. When I called about the charge, they could not answer me on why it was charged or who authorized, but promised the owner would contact me within an hour. They have not once called me, I have had to contact them every time. According to the receptionist the owners response to the charge is he has no reason to talk to me and there's always a cancellation fee so just call him back and tell him that. This is not how to run a business
The company is friendly, competent, and easy to work with. The technicians were wonderful and helpful. I asked them to visit a friend of mine with pest problems and they contacted my friend, his landlord, saw to it that the landlord took care of my friend's pests AND all the other tenants of the complex, and wouldn't charge me (or my friend) anything for their toubles. I was VERY impressed and grateful!
Great business! Smokey came to my door, was very professional and friendly! After I signed up for their services they showed up in a very timely manner and did a great job! Very satisfied with this company
