I have had some poor service with grace med now. I had bad experience last time I was there. Today also I went up there for apt had set up and I was asked for my insurance that I have gave to them this year already. Had walk to my car to get. I'm on my lunch by the way. Anyways got insurance card the girl was on the phone you can hear her on the floor asking question about my insurance, think that is not fare, everyone there can hear my information. So 30 mins later they called me over said that I needed to pay around 80 dollars, I said why they said that I need do a deposit of 50 I didn't know this. I said I couldn't do all of it today. The boy said I needed to reschedule. To me this seems wrong and they should work with me on payments. I've been with grace med for 4 years now. So now I wasted my gas in my car, waited 30 mins on lunch break to be told I can't have help and I got to reschedule. This is not fare. I've had problem with grace med before and I was supposed to get a call back and never did. The girl up front know my name by heart not out kindness I believe out of knowing I complained about her rudeness last time. This not how you treat people. And I also have insurance. So payment plans should be options.nAnd to wait 30 mins drive there and back wasting my gas and time there should be something done with this. People should not be treated like this and should have a chance and also options for they can keep their apt and stay healthy. That how it should work at used to work. I'm faithful customer and also if you didn't have your customers you wouldn't be in business. I also had wait on hold for almost 30 mins to be told I couldn't speak to manager and I can leave voicemail. This so wrong is so many ways. Grace med I hope you get it together. I treat your customers fare. Location was meridian in Wichita ks.

It's pathetic that they're not hiring at all understaffed

I had to take my daughter in for her 2 month appointment and it was very stressful! Her appointment was right at the beginning of all the COVID-19 shut downs and restrictions so having to go in was stressful enough but this place made it so much worse. When we arrived our temp was checked at the door by a very nice lady but after that it just went down hill. We were sent up to the pediatrics area immediately but when we got up there then there was nobody at the desk to greet up so we had to look for somebody only for her to send us back down to the front desk downstairs to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Finally we got into the room for them to do the exam and nobody wore gloves or washed their hands before touching my child. We didn't even get to see an actual doctor or pediatrician. Throughout the exam they didn't tell me anything other than she looks good. Then during the exam the nurse, with her bare hands, pushed down the trash that had the paper from the last patient then turned around and started touching my daughters face. I almost lost it. It is safe to say we will not be returning.

I didn't have a long wait and dr. Deshazer is a GREAT dentist. The only problem I had is after I got 4 teeth pulled in one visit I was told to take over the counter medication. I suffered for the next week as I am allergic to ibuprofen.nOther than that it was great.
