No public restrooms in a public building, very unfriendly employee's . Nothing is ever on time and the hours of operation are a joke !
The drivers are really nice and friendly. They are also very helpful as well. My favorite driver is Debra. She is such a sweet heart. I am so happy to see her and she is so happy to see me. She always ask how i am doing and if i am feeling down she helps me feel better every time i see her. She also always greats me with a smile on her face witch makes my day even better. Debra should really get a raise. She is really good at her job. Keep up the good work sweet heart.
Driver from inbound rt 13 left me standing in the rain after he was 20 mins late
They drive carelessly! Dangerous people majority of the time.
