As far as I could tell, the landlord seemed really nice and pleasant to talk to and answered every question regarding the property. Park looked very clean, quiet and friendly

Very unprofessional, scheduled for a showing and was told last minute that they can’t do it and have to change locks (1-2 hour job). Then when told that was the only day possible to view all of the sudden claimed they had no openings. I have family and friends that stay in this area and all have said “They don’t care as long as you pay up, basically slumlords but good luck anyways.”
Raised rent before lease was up was 750 now lease is up they want 900 bunch of scam artist ronny this place
The only reason this is not a one is that most of the people who live here are nice. Management is extremely unprofessional and only contacted me back on an issue (via text btw) when I got tired of calling and left a nasty voice mail. They worry about enforcement of rules that they can fine you for but not stopping all the drug use, stray cats, and people at the lake at the grill behind my trailer at all hours of the night. Just treat people with a little respect as we are paying enough for at least that.nnThey also raised lot rent during this trying time when a lot of families are just trying to make ends meet. Wow.
