Mary in the office is exceptional to be around and so helpful with any problems you might have.
Needs lots of attention on vacant trailers and some that are lived in. Trailers have busted out windows, trash all over and at park entrance watch the big chuck hole that takes up almost half the drive. If you hit it good chance your car will need to be aligned. Also a huge cat problem, cats everywhere! Will add photos next time I’m there.
I havent had any bad experiences, but the homes are pretty close together
I have a friend that lives in this mobile home and all the people in the management that I have heard about an encounter with our very professional and very fast to repair anything that is wrong with the homes here good place to live good management time in the ref not owned by RHP what's your back Stephen Crooks. I highly recommend this part 2 future buyers
It's easy access off of west macArthur, there is a new QT at meridian and macArthur
