I love this community! It's very clean and quiet. It's the perfect place to raise a family. The management is helpful and the maintenance team is very efficient and trustworthy. They take care of their tenants. I'd recommend this to everyone!

If you value the lifes of yourself or children you may want to avoid this place, in the past few months the home I am renting has been shot at by two different neighbors and they are still living here as if nothing happened. I currently have 5 bullet holes in the home that have not been repaired. One of these holes are from a single bullet a few months ago the other holes are from a single bullet a couple weeks ago. My heat and air quit working this year took 4 service calls and almost a week to get it fixed. The plumbing backed up and the bathtubs filled up with raw sewage took a couple days to fix that. On top of all of that our cars have been broken into and the house was almost broke into. I've been looking to move and called and even though we did our 1 year lease they said I would still have to give 30 days and its month to month so I cant just pay partial of a month it's the whole thing so more like a 45 day notice? I asked to talk to the owners because of the unsafe conditions here but apparently they dont want to talk.

Professionally run, strictly managed. Not much yard space or room for kids to play, but good for adults who want things run professionally.

While the community itself was very nice and clean, the management was much to be desired. Harassment on lawn maintenance, even into December. Lack of response to maintenance requests, no lease the last two months and finally, the breach of privacy when I was on vacation and contractors were permitted to enter my home against my clear instructions. Lange Real estate needs to re-evaluate its policies. I was a good tenant, but I was made to feel like I was the problem. I had better receive my deposit back in full. I left the house spotless and fulfilled my agreement to the letter.
