Carter not only fixed our fireplace, but also cleaned and performed some minor maintenance. All the while explaining what he was doing. I’ve never owned a gas fireplace before so the information he shared was very helpful. He also made recommendations on how to get a better flame. Carter is very knowledgeable, professional and pet friendly. Carter took the time to say hi to our dog Riley and cat Major Tom. They also offer Military and Patriot discounts. I highly recommend this company.
Brian responded within a day of my call for help. He not only fixed our fireplace, he thoroughly cleaned it, polished the glass cover and provided guidance on proper maintenance. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good about the GREAT service he gave us. I highly recommend him for any fireplace issues. He is the best!
I called Brian, when we had issues with our fireplace, and got a phone call back almost immediately! Within a couple of days he was at our house looking at our fireplace. He had to order in a part, which took a few days, but as soon as he got it, he worked us back into his schedule. We were up and running in no time. Our fireplace is working perfectly.
