My stay was awful I got upgraded to a room that had a tube tv . Mold in the bathroom ceiling pealing and A front desk girl that could not help with missing towels from the room. She was rude and hateful refusing to help me told me that she wasn’t trained to do any sort of customer service . She then yelled at me down the hallway at 11 PM at night do you want your towels or what ? When I asked for a refund from the owner Which owns the western cowboy motel, the Regency, and the Howard Johnson, he called the police on me saying that I was a disturbance. For asking for a refund for services and a livable room. Check out the pictures.
Not a very good job on the way they clean up and a lot of people are being loud
