This is the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. And the staff are awesome.. Michaelle Jordan, Jodi Jenkins, Michelle Brown, and Cory have all truly been extremely nice and very helpful in all aspects of hospitality. You will never find a nicer group of people nor a cleaner motel nowhere. Thanks to all the staff at Woodspring Suites Wichita South. Y'all are great and go above and beyond.

Checked in for a week on a Friday. Someone entered my room when I went out to get dinner & my hidden camera in the room caught it. My credit card number was also phished. The manager didn't like the negative review I gave the place on Saturday on TripAdvisor that mentioned these things, so she woke me up Monday morning to kick me out... called the cops and ComCare (mental health). Really awesome way to wake up... especially since the thieves spent close to a thousand dollars, so I didn't have enough money on that card to just easily get another hotel room for the week. Horrible experience, and nobody has contacted me to correct the problem. It's especially disappointing since I'm a diamond level guest when staying with the Wyndham hotel group.

I booked a room for my son and brother in lawnI paid over the phone by credit card. My son decided to stay for an extended period of time.nEvery week I paid the room fee over the phonenThis week I noticed on my credit card statementnThat instead of $294 I was billed $ 360?nWhen I called about the error I was told that the rate should have been $360.00 ! Two beds butnI booked one bed!nThe front desk ladies are always very nicenI know in the end they will solve this issue in the best interest of customer and service.nOther than that my son has had a good experiencenHopefully he will be able to stay longer.nThx

I reserved my room in my husband's name online but once I got there they refused to let me stay because I didn't have an ID (it had been stolen) even though I had a photo of my ID as well as of my husbands (whose credit card was used to book the room) because he is a truck driver and couldn't be there for check in. Not only did they cancel our reservation they then charged us a cancellation fee even though we weren't the ones that cancelled.

The rooms were nice and very clean, the property well maintained. Fair prices. But the management was a joke because there were guests who managed to get ahold of master keys and were able to come and go from any and every room they wanted to. Idk if this is still going on now, but it was for the month we stayed there. To feel safe and secure at this place was impossible. Get it together people and try getting a professional management team and staff if you ever want my business again.
