Just checked in December 1/2020 room looks clean and no bugs... Bed seem comfy.. I tested hot water and it works good.. Manager lady was very nice, spoke good English.. Good price for 7 nights( week)... So far good... Close to dillions/McDonald's/Wendy's/gas station very good location..
It's not a bad place to stay. I found it to be clean. Wish they offered continual breakfadt
Clean no funky odor,soft bed good shower.
Large rooms very clean, comfortable beds ,great service and big rig friendly parking lot is large enough for 4 big trucks
The rate is a modestly priced $50 per night. Although not the swankiest place in town, it's by far one of the better motels to stay at on Broadway in South Wichita. It's somewhat quiet and fairly clean. Right across the parking lot headed south is the Heritage restaurant, as well as, a Dillon's less than half a block away, a liquor store, and many other restaurants within walking distance.
