Wonderful place to live. We have lived here 3 years and haven't had any issues. We don't personally know the new owners but they have been making much needed improvements within the community. It's nice a nice option to pay rent online. The lake is a lot of fun in the summer. We like that they take care of the lawn for you. The new homes are beautiful. We purchased our home when we moved in and have really enjoyed it. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. The new owners are planning even more amazing updates and we can't wait to see them all. I would recommend Lakeview community and we have. Our friends moved into a new home behind and it's so pretty. All the updates made us want to paint our home and update it as well. We also like having a yard. It's fenced and allows or dogs and kids to play.
I went with my son to rent a trailer. Ruin in to old friend working there in office. We. Aplied. I hope it works out. Him nice. New looking unit. May be it will give him the break he needs.
The homes are older than most parks.... However its pleasant and clean. The lake is serene and lovely. Not a bad place!
Communication is horrible over a week for a background Deanna the manager of the property is a liar said the deposit was 250 plus first months rent wich was fine then last min changed the deposit to 695 plus first month the Facebook add for market place they advertise the property for somthing else then last min they try to change everything around this place is a joke and a waste of time good luck ud83dudc4d
Great and friendly place. The lake is clean and swimmable even for children. Great day activities.
