The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. There was plenty room to park our truck. Easy to get in and out. The worst part of my stay was that I didn't remember falling asleep and missed all my alarms. I usually remember sleeping and wake up throughput the night. The bed was super comfy and cozy. Sheets were crisp and soft. I had the pleasure of talking with all three shifts front desk clerk's and will stay here again anytime I'm in Wichita.
It's a great place to stay the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable,showers are hot&the staff are all friendly. Then there is this cute one on 3rd shift that was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable with her great service&cute smile. I hated to see her leave but I also loved watching her leave to.
The handicapped room was adequate and the bathroom was on the smaller side. It would have been difficult to get a wheelchair in there. The price was very reasonable. As a handicapped person I could not take a shower. Not every handicapped person has the mobility ability to step into a tub to take a shower. The bed was taller which makes it difficult to get into without falling to the floor.
Room very small for a double also the fire alarm was chirping so went to front desk and they hand me a battery...... Really ? They ended up replacing it for me but really? Anyway the morning front desk person was great
Omg this place was awful. Parts of walls were unfinished, lights missing. No coffee in the lobby hot water heater broke and I had to pull women's hair off the bed, because it looked like someone had slept there and the sheets weren't changed.
