Clean and comfy rooms. We stayed in connecting rooms with our girls. The rooms were cold upon entrance, as in 60 degrees cold. Bathrooms clean. However, our king sized bedroom only hand 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels and wash clothes. The connecting room had 3 towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. In room coffee provided. Nice perk during these pandemic times.nnCheckout is noon but housekeeping staff grouped in our hallway loud enough to wake us even without knocking on the door. Sounded like a party in the hallway. At first, I thought it might be our girls doing the sisterly bonding things. Nope. Housekeeping happily going about their day.nnOver all, our experience with Holiday Inn Express has been fairly consistent no matter what city we find ourselves in.
Our stay was amazingly awesome! Very clean rooms and pool area! Everything was stocked just as we needed it, or we could get it from the front desk with no problems! The workout room was cool and comfy, loved the options of machines and weights provided! Very well stocked with cups and towels as needed as well! Definitely returning customers!
The rooms were nice, the hotel was a nice hotel. But their surveillance is horrifying. The vehicle we were in got broken into while there and several hundred dollars worth of stuff was stolen as well as money. From looking around the parking lot it seems like a common thing with the broken glass all over. They only filed an incident report with very little other help. Other than that rooms were clean and bed was fine.
Clean room quality staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Truck parking available. Not a CLC hotel but they offer CLC rates.
The place was a mess. Rained the morning we were leaving and had the ceiling start leaking all over our electronics. Told them about the issue before checking out, said they would comp the room the charged it anyway so now I'm waiting 2 weeks later for the return. Don't waste your money here.
