We lived there almost 4 years. During that time the place was sold to someone in California and they immediately raised the rent. They turned around and sold it to someone else in California and they turned around and the raised the rent as soon as they bought it. Then they were planning another rent raise. They don't take care of their place. This used to be the best park in Wichita until it got sold multiple times and the rent kept getting raised. The crime went up. They stopped doing background checks. I just gave up and moved. Where I live now is so much better and my rent is more half off from what they were charging me. I would never recommend Landlighter Mobile Home Park to anybody!! It went from the best to the worst mobile home park in less than two years!! Where I am now people in California call them every week trying to buy it, but, this owner refuses to sell to them! I hate that people in California are buying up all the mobile home parks in Wichita. They are raising the rents and lowering the standard of living. This is going to hurt Wichita. I do not want to see California trash brought here. I can't stop it, but, I don't have to live in it either!

I lived there for five years it used to be good when Larry owned it but now that the new companies have Jake Andover they raise the lot rent couple hundred dollars and taken away some amenities and management is so terrible

Love the hospitality the property managers show. They work with you if/and when they can.

Run! These people that own lamlighter and River Oaks will tell you every visitor has to fill out a background check to even visit. I was disabled and had a friend bringing me food well some gang banger spit on my friends car. Told the office and they told me i cant have someone bring me food without a background check. Are you kidding me. They like to isolate women and I dont know why.

Least amount of exploding meth trailers in Wichita... Stop bothering me to rate everywhere I go google. Holy hell. What do you want me to rate? I give it a 1 for the aesthetic but a 5 because they have ducks...
