I get when a lease is up raising rent but $200?Paying almost 1000 to rent a mobile home in the ghetto? The staff was amazing tho. I loved all the staff. I would have stayed but paying $975.00 in a single wide trailer in the ghetto, where my car was stolen was not worth it. Also, my rent was so high anyways, 775, then we had to pay all utilities, water, trash, gas, electric, ect. I know a lot of good tenants had to leave because they couldn't afford the new prices. I think they bought all these new homes and couldn't rent them so they raised all the prices of current tenants. Again staff was great but cooperate was all about the money.
I'll be glad when my lease is up, they don't fix anything here unless it will cause damage to the trailer. I had to go up to the office numerous times because of my floor and air, the maintace woman with the colored hair lied twice on me, til I spoke with the manager, and showed proof. They don't give a damn about their residents, only money. DO NOT MOVE HERE, ITS A TRAP.
Eh place was better under old management but what more can you ask for when they charge 1k for a trailer. The stray Cats are the only thing I miss about this place
Very nice community. Clean homes reasonably priced. The staff is very professional.
