It's okay I've been with them for years and Forrest is a nice gentleman who looks out for his people, the consumers, us. The company itself though I've struggled many times with while making a claim. My truck was totalled and not paid off and the company felt like it was my responsibility to take care of it even though I had full coverage. Their appraisal system is below par and claimed that's what my truck goes for on Craigslist. Who does that?

Every time we call with questions regarding our Automobile or House policy Megan always seems to give us the VIP service. She always calls us back with quotes or answers. Thanks Megan.

Tried to transfer my policy from Colorado to here, they said they had to do it thu the head office. Went in several times to find out if it was transferred yet and get new cards, they told me they were still waiting on head office. Found out yesterday they had just canceled my truck insurance and I had been driving for a month without any. Glad I didn't get stopped or in an accident. They are no longer my insurance company and will never be again.

Very disappointed!! Forrest Hummel did not care about me as a client at all. It's obvious, all he cares about is making sure that himself and his office staff are taken care of. Very disgusted with his service.nI've been insured with Forrest Hummel's office for 4 years and not once has he personally exchanged more than a sentence with me. I can see him all the time in his office, when I go in person, but it's his staff that do the talking.nI found out I wasn't insured for a month on an auto policy, I usually get a courtesy call from a member of his staff a week or so to avoid any interruption. I called on 7/11/2018 to express my concern, I spoke to a new office staff and told how I upset this made me, I yet to get a follow up call from Forrest Hummel or his office.n4 years of payment history means nothing to the Forrest Hummel agency, makes me feel unappreciated and not valued as a paying customer. Forrest...if you are reading this, I hope you don't treat all your clients like this and you understand my frustration..

Cancelled after making all thier jumping prices from several hundred in one month for payment. half the cost the following month and the third month a third of the cost. These people had me paying rates that I shouldn't have been paying due to it taking over A yr to remove a non driver off policy still had to pay the increasment despite .. No recompensation either!!! they can't keep thier records straight not thier payments...nI HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
