I was not happy with the service from the very beginning. But as most people who use Clites, I didn’t have many options. Firstly, the guy who’s desk is covered in dusty clown ornaments speaks in so much technical detail that I have no idea what he’s even reviewing. I advice being a little more lamen with people who aren’t, well, insurance agents. I told the guy about my driving record, but apparently he didn’t put it in right because the driving on suspended I told him about raised my rate. So instead of being covered for a full month, I was covered for only 25 days. I was not notified by phone call about any plan changes, I was not notified to be prepared for possibility of changes, and when I called to discuss the problem he again, was over technical and didn’t apply any customer service. Very rude, not understanding at all, and definitely doesn’t care about their clients - because when I stated I may just go somewhere else for services he sarcastically adds “make sure to tell them about your other ticket”. Listen sir, when you read this I want you to know that you’re the one who was wrong. I told you about the charge that was amended. I mentioned, I didn’t know how it was shown on my convictions. YOU AS AN EXPERIENCED insurance agent should have known to tell your client, who trusted you, there could have been a change. You failed big time. I hope your doors close soon so you don’t cost anyone else the $600 you’ve costed me and didn’t seem to care about. I wasn’t the only client you lose today, my entire household will no longer use your services, that’s 4 vehicles.
