I called and was told that they would come out the next day. They would call me about an hour before they came. I never heard from them again. Very disappointed after reading good things on neighborhood page.nI am removing the one star because this is not a fake review. I agree with another customer review that says you should own up to your mistakes. I will tell anyone that is thinking of using your services not to trust you now.
Ted took out a tree for me then mentioned he does chimney work so did a repair for me also and my chimney leaked so bad i had to get my whole ceiling re done !! and Ted wouldnt even call me back ! not to mention he tore my whole yard up with his old chevy truck i had ruts thru my whole yard, chimney or tree axman is crooked like his eye
Ted didnt even put up a ladder to get on the roof and told me everything was okay do not use AXMAN you can tell they have no certification
They didn't show up on time and left a mess behind. When asked about it they just acted like we were crazy. Just like every bad review on here, I'm sure it will not be the fault of your company either! Stand up and take credit for your bad work as well as your good!
Axman rebuilt my chimney crown and installed a better cover. This fixed my leaking problem. Thanks Ted!!
