Two stars because they were on time. But we had two guys just came to our house, neither initially wearing masks. When we asked them to wear masks, they wore them below the nose. Right before they left, one of them took a phone call and pulled his mask down below his nose AND mouth and he was a heavy breather. ud83eudd2e. I feel like I need to clean the air, but I can’t.
Professional, nice, and left no mess behind! Would recommend!
My experience with Top Hat started out with a call for a chimney sweep at the beginning of winter, I don't live in Wichita, but they do come to other towns, so on the appointed day, a nice gentleman came and did the sweep and inspection, but found multiple safety issues and repairs needed. A few weeks later a different gentleman came and wrote up an estimate, I procured a loan, and work was done in a satisfactory manner. The workers take great care to make sure they leave the inside repair area spotless.
Service was great. They answered all my questions, and ensured that I knew how to operate everything before they left. I would recommend to anyone needed their service!
We have used them several times and we are always happy with their work. They repaired the chimney cap 10 years ago, and recently we had them cap the top because we converted to a gas insert. They did the work promptly and we highly recommend Top Hat!
