Was able to find an older game I needed to play with some friends and at a decent price. Long lines, but you can't control how long a customer takes at the register. The 2 workers were working as hard as they could with the checking out the customers, answering customer questions, and answering phones. The workers were very knowledgeable about the games and products when asked.
I get the reputation now. They put up store displays for products they don't have. Several times I have tried to bring something to the register only to be told they don't have it. Used games are sold for slightly less than new. I had a membership for a few years and have let it drop. Even their other merchandise like toys, collectibles, etc. are quite limited. Best Buy and Amazon are better choices and so is the flea market at times.

Waited for 10 minutes watching one guy struggle working by him self. I left to save him the stress, you need to treat your employees better than that they make you a ton of money you should be able to pay more than one workerud83dudc4e
