The Black Jack Game does not have instructions for the side bets posted or on the table felt as required by gaming. The lucky lucky bet says you win if you have 19-20 or 21. So if you’re dealt the first 2 cards and get 19-20 or 21 and ask to be paid, they will refuse it. They will tell you that the count must include the dealers card. However that’s not anywhere written. Unlike Sunset Station and other properties around town where the table felt clearly states the policy rules. Wonder why?

My wife lost her wallet after winning 900. at the hotel casino. An employee found it and brought it to security who returned it to us with everything intact. Excellence in action by all employees who are educated in serving the customer! The very best staff in Las Vegas!!!
